Let’s review wing stop!
Wingstop is a national chicken wing chain that was founded in Garland, TX in 1994. They started the franchise in 1997 and now have over 1,250 locations in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. Emirates.
There are three locations in Wichita at 7324 W. Taft St., 2095 W. 21st St., and the one we visited for this review at 2548 S. Seneca St.
The Wingstop menu consists primarily of boneless and boneless wings, sauces and sides. The kids had a request for Wingstop, so I thought this would give me a reason to visit one of their new locations.
The kids prefer the boneless wings, which I don’t like too much, but gave in because it was their choice. Wingstop had two different stages in progress. Twenty boneless wings for $15.99 and 16 wings and 6 tenderloins for $23.99. We ordered an assortment of different flavors and sides, like seasoned fries and Cajun fried corn.
The kids, for the most part, enjoyed the wings. I found them quite soggy. Our fries were not seasoned at all and they left out all of our Cajun fried corn. We tried to call to come back for them, but they didn’t answer. And an email sent to their website for ordering issues received no response.
My experience with Wingstop was very lackluster, partly due to missing food, soggy wings, and bland fries. Next time the kids ask for Wingstop, I’ll try to convince them to go somewhere else.
